    Additional coordination fees may apply, and all external vendors must be approved in advance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Yes! we’re more than happy to accommodate dietary needs where possible. Just let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.

    Some dietary requests or specialty items may incur an additional cost, which will be discussed with you in advanced.

  • Micro weddings are intimate and popular! We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons.

    That said, if your date is coming up soon, feel free to reach out, we’ll always do our best to fit you in.

  • Beverages inclusions vary depending on the package you choose.

    • The Seed - includes a celebratory glass of bubbles for the couple and witnesses.

    • The Blossom and Grove offer bubbles and beer available to guests via a licensed cash bar.

    Couples who prefer to supply their own alcohol, a BYO option is available and served through our licensed bar.

    Please note, choosing the BYO option will incur additional beverage service cost, which will be discussed with you prior to booking.

  • A booking fee is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior.

    You’re welcome to make instalment payments at any time leading up to this.

  • As your date is reserved exclusively for you, all payments are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 30 days, the full balance remains payable.

  • Many of our locations are outdoors, so weather is part of the experience.

    We always aim to work with the conditions where possible and will discuss suitable alternatives if needed.
